Work involves establishing goals and objectives; develop, review, and implement policies, procedures and guidelines; develop and approve schedules, priorities, standards, and measurement tools for determining progress in meeting goals; evaluates sub-unit activities including monitoring compliance with policies and procedures and identifying needed changes and making recommendations to improve operations; and develops and evaluates requests. Oversees the preparation and production of accounting work products and reports. Provides technical and functional expertise by participating in internal and external work groups.
