About The Position

Oversee the design, development, and delivery of business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organization. Manage BI developers and analysts to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of dashboards, reports, and data models. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define BI strategy, and implement best practices for data governance and analytics. The role also oversees IT solutions delivery for enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards, and leads application development, integration, and maintenance across multiple platforms.

The manager serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, develops and maintains enterprise data models, and oversees integration of data from multiple enterprise systems. The role establishes technical standards, coding practices, and solution-delivery methodologies; evaluates emerging technologies; partners with leaders in Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Manufacturing; and manages vendor relationships. It also drives process automation, data-quality improvements, and reporting-pipeline optimization, while ensuring compliance with corporate security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.

The position is fixed at the West Union, South Carolina office. Telecommuting from a home office may be allowed up to two days per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a directly related field.
• At least three years of IT solutions delivery, application development, or a related technical role.
• Three years of experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Three years of experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
• Three years of experience with SQL and relational database management.
• Three years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Two years of experience with cloud platforms for data processing and analytics.
• Two years of experience developing or supporting enterprise data warehouses.
• Two years of experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or an equivalent ETL platform.
• One year of experience with API-based integrations and REST services.
• One year of experience with version control systems.
• One year of experience with Agile or Scrum project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects, allocate resources, monitor performance, and foster continuous improvement in BI capabilities.
• Oversee IT solutions delivery for enterprise applications and ensure alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
• Lead application development, integration, and maintenance across multiple platforms.
• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions in coordination with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain enterprise data models for analytics, operational reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Oversee data integration from multiple enterprise systems and ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization.
• Establish and enforce technical standards, coding best practices, and solution-delivery methodologies across the BI and IT Solutions Delivery teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to improve solution performance and delivery capabilities.
• Partner with leaders in Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Manufacturing to design solutions that support strategic initiatives.
• Manage software-provider, integration-partner, and support-organization relationships, ensuring contractual and performance expectations are met.
• Drive continuous improvement through process automation, data-quality enhancement, and reporting-pipeline optimization.
• Ensure solutions comply with corporate security and data-privacy policies and regulatory requirements.
