About The Position

We are seeking an Manager, IT Delivery and Operations to oversee an IT support team, manage internal IT projects, oversee an external technical support team, and manage IT vendors. An ideal candidate will be self-driven, goal oriented individual with a capacity to drive the IT organization to best support the goals of the overall business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing complex IT projects and leading technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network administration, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and management of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the IT/Systems support teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security, integrity, and efficiency of all IT operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment.
• Oversee the budget for IT operations and projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
• Identify and implement new technologies and solutions to improve business processes and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and data security standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to various departments as needed.
