About The Position

This position is responsible for the oversight and development of a Microservices Framework and the delivery of Data Integration processes and capabilities in the organization - including ETL, Application Integration (ESB), EDI and the corresponding support of these processes.

Requirements

8 or more years of equivalent work experience.
Hands-on experience with ETL products like Information or Business Objects Integrator.
Extensive experience with Oracle and structured query language (SQL) server databases.
Demonstrated experience as technical team lead in large integration projects using ETL tools and technologies.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Systems Design, Computer Science, or related field will be considered. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Nice To Haves

Comprehensive knowledge of Java, Containers, ETCL and/or ESB technologies such as Informatica, TIBCO, Talend, SAP, IBM, WSO2 or equivalent.
Technical leadership, mentoring team members, and leading projects.
Superior ability to manage teams.
Negotiation and vendor management skills.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to develop completely new problem-solving approaches and formulate innovative solutions.
Demonstrate collaboration skills with the ability to handle conflict and to work with a distributed team.
Any SAP integration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage the development and deployment of ETL, Application Integration, Microservices Framework code and contribute to the overall architecture of the Data Integration & Application Development Landscape.
Work with teams to design, develop, and implement new interfaces between various Tractor Supply systems. This also includes maintenance and improvement of existing interfaces or capabilities.
Allocate resources and supervise direct reports.
Hire, develop, and motivate assigned staff.
Review and analyze existing applications and system effectiveness and efficiency.
Develop strategies to improve or leverage systems.
Research and make recommendations on software products and services in support or procurement and development efforts.
Assess and cultivate long-term strategic goals for area of responsibility in conjunction with department managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Work directly with Enterprise architecture team to develop and manage all data quality and transformation standards.
Accountable for microservice tools development and maturation.
