About The Position

Bristol-Myers Squibb Company is hiring a(n) Manager, IT Business Partnering Cell Therapy QC Systems (in Bothell, WA). This role involves supporting all Cell Therapy Quality Control (QC) systems, implementing operational support for innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, and conducting software release activities, investigations, and project coordination. The position requires staying updated on Quality Control business processes, including sample workflow, testing, environmental monitoring, quality release, reporting, and process trending. Collaboration with various teams is essential for developing business design and implementation strategies, and participation in application development and implementation, including ownership of key deliverables like User Requirements Specifications, Function Specifications, Design Specifications, and test cases, is expected. Up to 50% telecommuting is permitted, and up to 10% domestic travel is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology Management, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor’s, progressive, related work experience as Operations Research Analyst or related occupation.
• Five (5) years of experience with/in: Supporting plant based Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) applications such as: Sepax, Unicorn, Universal Device Manager, or Manufacturing Execution System in the life sciences industry.
• Five (5) years of experience with/in: Implementing manufacturing applications such as the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and other Quality Control systems such as: Cellometer, EM applications, Plate readers, Cytometry, or PCR.
• Five (5) years of experience with/in: Implementing software development lifecycles and laboratory business processes.
• Five (5) years of experience with/in: Conducting systems integration.
• Five (5) years of experience with/in: Preparing IT change records.
• Five (5) years of experience with/in: Developing Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification, Corrective Action Preventative Action, Quality Control testing.

Responsibilities

• Support all Cell Therapy Quality Control (QC) systems.
• Implement ongoing operational support of innovative solutions to further enhance efficiency of BMS products.
• Conduct software release activities, investigations, and provide coordination around complex projects.
• Keep up to date on Quality Control in business processes inclusive of sample workflow and testing, environmental monitoring, quality release, reporting and process trending.
• Collaborate with various teams to assist with the development of business design and implementation strategy.
• Participate in application development and implementation, including the ownership of key deliverables such as User Requirements Specifications, Function Specification, Design Specifications, and test cases.
