About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an experienced IT leader to manage our Audio Visual and Collaboration Services Team, driving innovation in enterprise communication and hybrid work solutions. In this role, you’ll enhance coworker experience through modern meeting technologies, integrated conference room systems, and virtual collaboration platforms—ensuring seamless connectivity across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years leading teams in AV, conferencing, or collaboration technology environments
  • Expertise in Conference room technologies such as Crestron, DTEN, QSC, or Dante
  • Expertise in Virtual conferencing platforms: Microsoft Teams, Zoom
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration
  • Familiarity with AV networking, control systems, and integration with enterprise IT infrastructure
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and team development abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft SharePoint experience
  • ITIL Certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Inspire: Mentor and develop a high-performing team delivering reliable AV and collaboration solutions.
  • Strategize & Innovate: Drive initiatives that support hybrid work, improve conferencing experiences, and enable automation and self-service.
  • Manage Systems: Oversee deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of AV technologies, including conference room automation, digital signage, and control systems.
  • Optimize Platforms: Ensure optimal performance and adoption of enterprise collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.
  • Set Standards: Develop and enforce best practices for AV and collaboration technologies across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and deliver solutions that improve coworker experience.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Oversee creation of training materials, user guides, and knowledge base articles to empower users.
  • Budget & Metrics: Manage procurement, budgeting, and performance metrics to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Continuous Growth: Foster skill development and career progression for team members.
