About The Position

The Ancillary Applications Manager manages and directs activities relating to critical clinical systems and provides input for the design and development of future strategies relating to the deployment and maintenance of systems. The Manager also works as an internal consultant to develop consensus with operations to ensure requirements are met by systems and services, as well as to provide a link between current state affairs and future directions by providing gap analysis and implementation plans and strategies. Directly manages members of the informatics team.

Requirements

  • EPIC certification for assigned applications, or ability to achieve within 6 months of start date.
  • Three years of experience in a leadership position, or proven leadership skills.
  • More than five years of healthcare experience.
  • Project management experience required.
  • ITIL training required.
  • Security+ training required.
  • ISC training required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience preferred.
  • Experience with EPIC preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • ITIL certification preferred.
  • Security+ certification not required.
