The IT Advisory Manager is a technical generalist and delivery expert responsible for the hands-on execution of technology projects. This role requires the ability to configure solutions and lead technical workstreams across the full IT stack. You will take high-level recommendations and turn them into functional realities, working across both Infrastructure and Application environments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in IT Consulting.
  • Functional knowledge of ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Enterprise Infrastructure/Hardware.
  • Strong proficiency in Click-Up and the Microsoft Enterprise Suite.
  • Proven ability to deliver technical projects across multiple cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Actively configure enterprise tools and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow modules, Salesforce workflows). This is a hands-on-tools role responsible for technical setup and functional delivery.
  • Work directly with technical staff to document requirements, assess existing capabilities, and recommend specific hardware or software solutions to solve operational pain points.
  • Lead diverse workstreams ranging from Application Rationalization to Infrastructure Hardware Refreshes. You must be bilingual in your ability to support both software and hardware initiatives.
  • Identify stalled or failing technical initiatives. Step into the weeds to provide the necessary configuration support or workflow redesign to restore project health.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with client technical teams within the client’s ecosystem.
