Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including both financial services and merchants. The NA Consulting Practice within VCA provides consulting and solution services for Visa’s largest issuers in the United States, applying deep expertise in banking, payments & analytics to assist clients with key business priorities, drive growth and improve profitability. The VCA team offers a comprehensive range of consulting services to address challenges in areas like improving profitability, strategic growth, customer experience, digital payments, and risk management. The Sr Manager will join this team to develop high impact projects for Visa’s North America clients, responsible for selling consulting engagements, delivering and implementing projects and solutions with large US Financial Institutions / Issuing Banks, Enablers, Merchants, and Fintechs. This role involves developing initiatives for sustainable and profitable growth, positioning Visa as a preferred brand and unique business partner. Engagements primarily focus on developing client strategies such as market penetration, profitability analysis, segmentation, growth, product development, program launch, customer acquisition, customer life cycle optimization, retention & enhancements. This is an individual contributor role reporting into a Director within VCA.
