Under the direction of the senior department manager, this role leads and manages a team of Investor Reporting Analysts. The team's primary responsibility is to accurately and timely report and remit funds as dictated by servicing agreements for assigned master, primary, and/or special servicing contracts. This includes reviewing and understanding investor reporting aspects of new contracts, establishing reporting requirements, designing reports, and assigning tasks. The role also involves monitoring existing contracts for compliance and efficiency, reviewing Agency and Life Pension Reporting aspects, and managing staff through hiring, training, supervision, performance evaluation, and motivation. Additionally, the position is responsible for defining, establishing, and training on reporting processes and procedures, automating and streamlining processes with IT, handling external communications, providing clear internal communications, and delivering quality customer service to various internal and external parties.
