Summary The Manager, Investments, will be a key team member responsible for supporting Treaty Oak’s investment decision-making process across its portfolio of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects. This individual will work across the full project lifecycle—from early-stage development diligence through Final Investment Decision (FID) and into construction and operations—interfacing with Macquarie and internal cross-functional teams to drive rigorous, well-supported investment recommendations. The Manager, Investments, will lead and manage complex financial models, coordinate due diligence work streams, evaluate regulatory and market risks, support interconnection and offtake strategy, and prepare investment materials for internal and Sponsor-level approvals. The position will report directly to the Manager, Investments, as part of the current team of 10 project finance and M&A professionals. For this high-growth opportunity role, Treaty Oak is seeking an individual with significant knowledge of renewable energy project fundamentals, tax equity modeling skills, financial modeling best practices, and the regulatory, interconnection, and power market dynamics that drive investment outcomes in the utility-scale solar and BESS sectors.
