In 2022, Roadtex was acquired by Echo Global Logistics. The acquisition brings a truckload brokerage and expanded transportation management solutions to Roadtex's customers while providing Echo with our national warehouse footprint and advanced temperature-controlled transportation solutions. Position Summary The Inventory Manager is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and control of all inventory operations within the assigned facility. This role leads inventory control processes, cycle count programs, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse management system (WMS) accuracy to support operational performance and customer requirements. The Inventory Manager partners cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service, Receiving, and Shipping teams to ensure inventory accuracy standards are achieved, discrepancies are resolved, and inventory processes are consistently executed. This position also provides leadership and development for inventory personnel while driving process discipline and continuous improvement initiatives.
