As our Inventory Manager, you’ll lead warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring our Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical teams have what they need to deliver exceptional service to thousands of customers. Requirements
- 5+ years of inventory, warehouse, supply chain, or purchasing experience
- Leadership experience managing warehouse or inventory teams
- Strong analytical skills and experience using inventory management systems
- Advanced organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, construction, distribution, or home services
- ERP or inventory software experience
- Continuous improvement or Lean experience
Responsibilities
- Lead all inventory and warehouse operations
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple product categories
- Forecast inventory needs based on business demand
- Manage purchasing and replenishment activities
- Develop inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and improve accuracy
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Analyze inventory trends and KPIs to improve efficiency
- Ensure technicians have the parts and materials needed to serve customers
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with Operations, Service Managers, and Purchasing to support business growth
