About The Position

The Manager - Interventional Laboratory is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Interventional Labs, including scheduling, performance improvement, and daily problem solving. This position ensures service operation, personnel management, resource allocation, and control in order to support and enhance patient care. This position is responsible for assuring all new products are streamlined through the proper new product review committee to assure patient safety. This position is responsible to assure continuing education for all equipment that is used for exams needing specialization. This position is responsible for the safe monitoring of all patients undergoing studies in the Interventional labs and safe patient throughput in the Interventional Labs as it pertains to physician's request. Requirements

  • Managerial experience in an Interventional Laboratory setting.
  • Experience with scheduling, performance improvement, and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of personnel management and resource allocation.
  • Understanding of new product review processes and patient safety.
  • Familiarity with continuing education requirements for specialized equipment.
  • Ability to monitor patient safety during studies and ensure safe patient throughput.
