About The Position

The Manager, Internal Systems & AI Orchestration bridges traditional CRM management and modern autonomous agentic systems. This role will own the strategy, architecture, and health of Neon One's Revenue Operations technology stack, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Data360/Snowflake, and Agentforce. The goal is to ensure that GTM and financial systems drive cross-functional alignment and productivity. The position will also manage a direct report focused on Salesforce CRM administration and Agentforce agents. Neon One is seeking an individual with AI-first thinking and intellectual curiosity, in addition to direct tool experience, to navigate this emerging space.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing complex GTM and finance systems infrastructure (CRM, ERP, automation).
  • Proven experience managing people, projects, and vendor relationships.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or managing autonomous AI agents in a live enterprise environment - Salesforce Agentforce strongly preferred.
  • Deep technical expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration, NetSuite, and data platforms (Data360/Snowflake); experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud is an asset.
  • Experience as a NetSuite administrator (user access, customizations, data maintenance) and with data platforms (Data360/Snowflake).
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering and agentic logic design, including error-trapping in non-linear workflows.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification or equivalent working experience; NetSuite certification strongly preferred.
  • Strong decision-making, judgment, and leadership; able to manage laterally and upwards.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; communicates effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong process documentation skills - requirements, design, test, and training.
  • Self-motivated and persistent; meets deadlines while prioritizing simultaneous requests.
  • Thrives in ambiguity, learns emerging tools independently, and drives initiatives forward without waiting for fully defined processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, vision, and roadmap for all GTM and finance systems, including the optimization and integration of Salesforce, NetSuite, Data360, and Agentforce.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Finance leadership, translating revenue objectives into clear technical roadmaps.
  • Manage and develop the Salesforce CRM Administrator, overseeing day-to-day operations and building their skills as a modern systems orchestrator.
  • Own the full lifecycle of Salesforce Agentforce agents: design, build, test, deploy, and continuously optimize agent flows that automate workflows across GTM teams and improve the customer journey.
  • Design complex, non-linear system logic, prompt engineering models, and dynamic routing; craft and refine prompts that guide agents effectively.
  • Establish clear agent scopes, structural guardrails, and programmatic circuit breakers so autonomous agents comply with data security, compliance policies, and brand standards.
  • Pressure-test agents against adversarial prompts and edge-case scenarios before they go live.
  • Own the governance, synchronization, and integrity of GTM data flowing into Snowflake via Data360.
  • Architect and maintain a high-fidelity Unified Customer Profile (UCP) as the single source of truth for reporting and execution.
  • Oversee and optimize API integrations and webhooks so agents and systems act on real-time data signals.
  • Manage data migrations and bulk data requests between GTM and financial systems.
  • Build and manage automated testing suites (unit, integration, UAT) to protect system integrity across releases.
  • Define release milestones, track status, and manage the full deployment lifecycle.
  • Ensure continuous system health through regular audits, upgrade preparation, and management of third-party integrations and data feeds.
  • Drive advanced Salesforce configuration and development; maintain end-user documentation and best-practice coaching.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and bring new functionality to the business.
