About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Business Applications, the Manager, Integrated Solutions leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise integration solutions. This role partners with business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and supportable integrations across internal systems, trading partners, and third-party platforms. The role manages one Integration Developer, works closely with a dedicated Project Manager, and is accountable for driving execution, removing blockers, and delivering key integration initiatives. Success in this role requires strong reasoning skills, clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the leadership ability to turn business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Requirements

5+ years leading enterprise integration initiatives and delivering complex solutions.
Strong experience across ERP, middleware, EDI, APIs, and file-based integrations.
Hands-on experience supporting business-critical integrations across order, fulfillment, logistics, and finance.
Strong knowledge of EDI standards, data mapping, integration patterns, and enterprise integration tools.
Ability to gather requirements, define practical solution designs, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
Experience providing direction, prioritization, and day-to-day oversight for technical resources.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project execution skills.
Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down business needs into technical requirements, logic, and integration designs.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership ability, including influencing decisions, guiding technical resources, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
Experience with EDI partners such as SPS Commerce or TrueCommerce and integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of integration solutions across internal systems, trading partners, customer platforms, and ERP environments.
Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, define solution approaches, and deliver scalable, supportable integrations.
Translate business requirements into technical designs, integration logic, mappings, and actionable development direction.
Manage one Integration Developer by prioritizing work, coaching execution, and overseeing deliverables.
Work closely with a dedicated Project Manager to align timelines, coordinate cross-functional activities, and maintain delivery momentum.
Drive project execution by identifying risks, removing blockers, escalating issues as needed, and ensuring committed outcomes are delivered.
Establish and promote integration standards, testing practices, support procedures, and reusable patterns to improve quality and consistency.
Support EDI onboarding, mapping, issue resolution, and partner coordination with providers such as SPS Commerce and TrueCommerce.
Document data flows, interface specifications, and support processes to improve visibility, governance, and maintainability.
