The Integrated Marketing Manager serves as the holistic strategy and program lead for cross-channel brand and product marketing campaigns. Their responsibilities surround aligning business/commercial goals, product vision and brand vision under seamless and consumer-centric marketing programs. They deliver meaningful, sticky campaigns that resonate and engage our core audience while bringing new consumers into the Funko fold. The Integrated Marketing Manager excels in both consumer marketing strategy and detailed project management. They are responsible for managing the seasonal marketing calendar to ensure the right balance of storytelling for our various audiences. They pull from a variety of inputs to craft strategic marketing briefs, build clear and actionable project plans, and lead across teams and priorities to execute, later delivering reporting and insights that will inform and guide future programs. Equal parts strategist and project manager, the ideal candidate can analyze data and insights to inform the plan, while also understanding human truths that serve as the backbone for meaningful, sticky marketing activations. They see the world through a consumer lens and create programs that resonate with the right audience, at the right time while guiding the channel marketing functions as they build into the holistic strategy. They are tapped into pop culture, fandom and the modern media landscape, always pushing through and pushing forward while bringing others along. The ideal candidate for this role is a natural collaborator and communicator, able to lead through influence and balance priorities of multiple teams. They excel in fostering open and progress-driven dialog, always seeking creative solutions in a complex and dynamic business environment and a multi-layered, multi-regional organization. While their work focuses on campaign management, they also support the strategic scaling of programs and processes, sharing best practices, tools and templates with partners across regions and across the Funko brand portfolio.
