About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to oversee and shepherd creative initiatives across two iconic American lifestyle brands: Brooks Brothers and Nautica. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of creative project delivery, keeping high-volume day-to-day retail production running smoothly while managing timelines and asset deliverables for high-profile multi-channel campaigns. You will partner closely with brand & integrated marketing teams, internal creative leads (Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers), channel teams, and external agencies and vendors to establish clear workback plans, track deliverables, and ensure flawless execution. The ideal candidate brings strong creative operations discipline from an apparel, fashion, or retail background, with proven expertise managing site, CRM, media, print production, and complex campaign schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or related discipline
  • 5+ years project management experience from an in-house creative services role or agency project/account management role with a strong understanding of creative development and production process (digital, print, and broadcast)
  • Must be an effective relationship builder to establish credibility and form business partnerships with internal partners
  • Logically plan and sort out information coupled with being nimble and flexible with quick reaction and performance under deadline pressures
  • Experience managing processes, resources and schedules with a strong sense of urgency and ability to problem-solve and be resourceful
  • MAC proficient and skilled using MS Office applications.
  • Experience managing projects in a project management software tool such as Monday.com.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end production workflows for ongoing digital and promotional initiatives across both brands, including bi-monthly site flips, category landing page updates, CRM/email campaigns, promotional assets, paid media, signage requests
  • Manage in-store signage requests and print materials and collaborate directly with print vendors on specs, proofs, pre-press timelines, and physical delivery schedules.
  • Review incoming briefs and creative requests from Merchandising, E-Commerce, and Channel Leads; scope requirements, evaluate creative capacity, assign resources, and establish achievable milestones.
  • Facilitate review touchpoints with Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Marketing and requestor stakeholders; consolidate cross-functional feedback into clear, actionable revisions through final sign-off.
  • Ensure strict adherence to retail launch dates and channel specifications, managing final asset routing and trafficking to web development, marketing ops, and distribution teams without error.
  • Build, maintain, and publish detailed campaign workback schedules for seasonal tentpoles, capsule drops, and milestone marketing initiatives (e.g., Spring/Summer, Fall/Holiday, and brand activations). Ensure high visibility across cross-functional teams so stakeholders know precisely what they must brief and by when.
  • Track and oversee the execution of all creative deliverables tied to campaign briefs across channel teams (Paid Media, CRM, PR, Visual Merchandising/Retail, Social, and E-Commerce) from brief kickoff through production.
  • Manage master production schedules for multi-asset campaign suites across digital, print collateral, in-store window graphics, direct mail, and video assets. Partner closely with shoot & post production teams for timeline development.
  • Proactively flag production bottlenecks, competing brand deadlines, or resourcing deficits. Formulate pragmatic contingency plans and escalate critical path blockers to creative leadership with clear solutions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to retail launch dates and channel specifications; manage final asset routing, quality checks, and packaging for web development, marketing ops, e-commerce, and social media teams without error.
  • Serve as the central coordination point between internal creative teams, external creative agencies, performance media partners, and production houses—aligning on delivery schedules, clarifying technical asset requirements, and managing handoffs.
  • Ensure completed and approved creative files are systematically cataloged, tagged according to brand naming conventions, and archived for clean cross-functional access.
