About The Position

We’re seeking a dynamic Integrated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to lead and execute targeted, multichannel campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue for our Government Services line of business, serving Federal civilian, defense, and State, Local, and Education (SLED) buyers. The role will also support TP’s Collections business, developing integrated ABM marketing programs targeting organizations that manage first-party collections and/or outsource third-party collections, including financial services, healthcare, utilities, telecommunications, government and other industries with significant receivables operations. Reporting to the Director of Integrated ABM Marketing, you will manage 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations teams, SDRs, and other Marketing teams. This role is pivotal in creating personalized, data-driven engagement with high-value accounts and buying committees across both markets. For Government Services, you will develop integrated campaigns around offerings including citizen experience, data services, professional services, technology and security services, and business process outsourcing. You will translate Federal and SLED procurement cycles, contract vehicles, budget timing, and partner motions into actionable marketing strategies. For Collections, you will develop targeted programs that position TP as a strategic partner for organizations seeking to improve collections performance, accelerate cash flow, enhance customer experience, reduce operating costs, and modernize collections through digital and AI-enabled capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ABM and integrated marketing programs using Demandbase, LinkedIn, Marketo, and Salesforce (SFDC). You will own integrated multichannel strategy end to end — account selection and segmentation, persona-level messaging, digital demand generation, and event marketing strategy and budgets — ABM campaigns. You will translate the Federal and SLED procurement calendar into campaign timing. Your ability to develop creative, data-driven strategies will help us deepen relationships with high-value accounts and optimize the buyer journey. This position is 100% work at home. While this position will be working from home, this candidate must be located within the US or Canada and be eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing for BPO, professional services, IT services, or SaaS, including 3+ years in ABM roles marketing to Federal and/or SLED buyers.
  • Demonstrated fluency with Federal and SLED buyer personas — program and mission owners, contracting officers, and agency executives — and with how public sector budget cycles, contract vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs, GSA schedules, cooperative purchasing), and partner/reseller motions shape campaign timing and messaging.
  • Expertise in marketing tools such as Marketo, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
  • Proven ownership of end-to-end integrated marketing strategy — account selection, persona messaging and content, channel plan, budget, execution, and pipeline attribution.
  • Deep hands-on digital marketing expertise (paid media, programmatic/account-based advertising, email, webinars, content syndication) paired with proven event marketing ownership, from tradeshow strategy and booth experience through executive roundtables and post-event pipeline conversion.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-ROI campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Please expect reasonable travel for this position – approximately 15–20% to support event execution and client/partner engagement, based on the needs of the business.
