This leadership position is remote, requires roughly 25% or more travel, depending on the candidate's location, and will manage a team of Inside Sales Systems Engineers covering North America. Candidates can live anywhere in the continental US; however, the preferred location is Charlotte, NC. How you'll help us to connect the world: The Manager, Inside Sales Systems Engineering, North America, will lead a team of account-focused Systems Engineers providing customer-focused technical sales leadership support, sales and technical enablement, selling and influencing, net new account acquisition, provide knowledge transfer of best practices for deployments and operations, technical management, and escalation as a trusted advisor. This role will interface with cross-functional group resources and leadership to define and execute strategies with your team. The Inside SE team will conduct consultative, solutions-based discussions with all levels of decision-makers and target customer initiatives across pre-sales, operational efficiencies, revenue growth, network architecture evolution planning, solution standardization, and deployment timeframes. You will attract, recruit, and develop talented SEs, and support the team’s efforts to successfully position, influence, and grow the RUCKUS product portfolio among net-new and existing installed-base customers and reseller partners.
