The Nursing Manager Relief Program is designed to create an alternative manager staffing option to provide department and site relief by temporarily filling registered nurse managers into vacant positions until they are filled. This position offers the opportunity to work in multiple departments over time to share best practices, proven results, and engagement with those sites in need. The assignment timeframe may vary based on leadership role but generally ranges 2 weeks – 6 months and is re-evaluated at each 6-month mark. The site support may/will vary depending on site needs. The location will be on site but consideration of hybrid positions will be reviewed based on distance of requesting site. Sites of support could be: St Luke’s, St Luke’s South Shore, Mount Pleasant, Sinai, Kenosha, Lakeland, Burlington, West Allis, Aurora Psych Hospital.
