At Colliers Project Leaders, we deliver solutions that help reduce risk for communities, the people who live there, and the built environment. Our work drives meaningful impact and builds long-term resilience. We are committed to realizing our clients’ vision by looking beyond immediate needs to what’s possible. Whether supporting resilient infrastructure or community recovery from disaster, we partner with clients every step of the way. With over 35 years of experience and 18,000+ projects completed, we continue to shape sustainable, progressive, and inclusive communities in a changing environment. Be part of our ongoing success. As a Manager, Climate Readiness and Community Recovery, you will support provincial and federal agencies, local governments, and Indigenous Governing Bodies in assessing and mitigating risks from extreme climate events impacting critical infrastructure, people, culture, and the economy. You will work within a team that advises governments, agencies, and businesses on complex climate risks across both the built and social environments, helping clients prepare for, mitigate, and recover from disasters. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will translate complex risk into strategic, actionable advice that reduces vulnerability and supports adaptation to a rapidly changing climate. You will collaborate with a high-performing, multidisciplinary team across regions and sectors, working closely with community leaders, elected officials, public safety professionals, case managers, engineers, planners, and project managers to strengthen community resilience to extreme hazard events.
