Requirements

  • 6–10 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in financial services or fintech.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buyer personas and risk compliance priorities.
  • Proven track record in leading vertical marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling capabilities, with tailored messaging skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders at industry events confidently.
  • Strong program management skills in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Established connections within the BFSI ecosystem, familiarity with industry associations and media.
  • Proficiency with macOS and remote collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vertical strategy and execute the go-to-market plan for Banking & Financial Services.
  • Develop and articulate a compelling POV on identity, fraud, and risk prevention.
  • Create impactful content for the BFSI audience, including customer stories and thought leadership pieces.
  • Raise the company's profile at industry events and identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Design effective campaigns and enablement materials that accelerate sales pipeline.
  • Align product messaging and launches with challenges faced by enterprise financial institutions.
