About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Industry Content Marketing Manager (Remote). This role is essential in ensuring that the company communicates clear and credible thought leadership to the multifamily industry. By connecting various marketing strategies and corporate messages into industry-relevant content, the manager will address customer business challenges and prioritize topics of interest, such as Agentic AI. The role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to elevate the company's presence through thought leadership, events, and market narratives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in content marketing, industry marketing, or integrated marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven experience owning industry-facing content programs end-to-end.
  • Strong writing and editorial instincts with the ability to elevate content quality.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Events.
  • Comfortable operating in a strategic, cross-functional role requiring influence and judgment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in multifamily, real estate, or PropTech is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute industry content programs including thought leadership series, market intelligence webcasts, executive roundtables, and speaking engagements.
  • Own program strategy and content creation, establishing clear themes and editorial direction to ensure cohesive and scalable programs.
  • Translate Demand Generation priorities into industry-facing programs grounded in customer business challenges.
  • Partner with Demand Generation to understand campaign goals and design content that extends campaign impact.
  • Collaborate with Communications to align industry programs with corporate messaging and branding.
  • Manage the end-to-end speaker program for industry conferences and events.
  • Shape event storytelling in cooperation with marketing and director teams.
