About The Position

The Manager, Industry and Brand Partnerships is responsible for cultivating, managing, and growing relationships with corporate donors, industry partners, and brand sponsors to advance Living Beyond Breast Cancer's mission and fundraising goals. This role manages a portfolio of current and prospective partners, identifies and evaluates new partnership opportunities, and serves as a key liaison throughout the cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and renewal process. Working collaboratively across departments, the Manager develops and implements partnership engagement strategies, ensures fulfillment of sponsorship benefits, tracks performance and impact metrics, and provides meaningful reporting that strengthens partner relationships and supports long-term investment in LBBC's work. LBBC is headquartered just outside Philadelphia in Bala Cynwyd, PA and is a hybrid workplace. Candidates must be based in the Greater Philadelphia region and be able to work from our office several days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in non-profit fundraising roles
  • A minimum of 3 year’s experience in fundraising, particularly in supporting corporate partnerships with nonprofits.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing corporate partnership and giving programs
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and improve corporate partnership programs, fostering both participant engagement and positive outcomes.
  • Proficient in managing volunteers, including recruitment, training, and retention strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with a self-directed, collaborative approach to work.
  • Comfortable in public speaking and networking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated understanding of social media brand partnerships.
  • Familiarity with presentation software, social media, scheduling tools, and databases.
  • Candidates must be based in the Greater Philadelphia region and be able to work from our office several days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of consumer-facing corporate partners by cultivating relationships, securing sponsorships, and driving philanthropic support that advances LBBC's mission and fundraising goals.
  • Develop customized partnership proposals, sponsorship opportunities, stewardship plans, and renewal strategies that strengthen partner engagement and maximize fundraising outcomes.
  • Identify, cultivate, and track new partnership opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, donor meetings, and CRM pipeline management while maintaining accurate partnership records and sponsorship tracking tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Programs, Outreach, Content, and Events teams to deliver partnership benefits, execute successful activations, and ensure an exceptional partner experience.
  • Measure and report partnership impact by preparing reports, maintaining revenue and engagement data, and providing insights that support strategic planning and demonstrate return on investment.
  • Recruit, train, and recognize volunteers for Breast Cancer Awareness Month and other consumer-facing partner initiatives, ensuring successful program execution and meaningful volunteer engagement.
  • Provide regular updates to the Director of Industry Partnerships on partnership activity, pipeline progress, revenue forecasts, stewardship efforts, and emerging opportunities to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate partnership records, pipeline activity, and partner agreements in the CRM and other tracking systems to support effective relationship management and reporting.
  • Coordinate partnership operations by managing contracts, collecting partner assets, and collaborating with Marketing and Content teams to ensure timely delivery of partnership benefits, including Breast Cancer Awareness Month initiatives.
  • Manage the partnership renewal process by maintaining agreement calendars, scheduling renewal meetings, and supporting renewal strategies to maximize partner retention.
  • Ensure partnership-related content, including the Partners & Organizations webpage and organizational presentation materials, remains current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Identify and recommend marketing and communications opportunities that enhance corporate partner visibility and engagement across digital, social media, and other organizational channels.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Industry Partnerships by maintaining partnership resources, coordinating deliverables, and supporting strategic partnership initiatives.
