About The Position

This position is for a Manager-In-Training within the Food Services department of Warren City Schools. The trainee will gain experience in all Warren City School buildings as directed and is expected to accept any manager position that becomes available. The role involves performing all duties of a designated manager, serving as acting manager in the absence of an assigned manager, and learning every job in each kitchen while being willing to work in any capacity during training. The trainee will also perform any duties as directed by the Supervisor of Food Service or their designee and must abide by the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Warren City School District Board of Education.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Previous experience in institutional feeding, preferable in both elementary and secondary schools.
• Demonstrate a commitment in advancement and professional growth.

Responsibilities
