They lead by example, balancing sales and operations, and serving as a communication link between the branch and other bank departments. Key focuses include sales management, coaching, operational oversight, and effective communication with superiors. The Manager sets the standard for customer experience and follow-up, ensuring customer expectations are not only met but exceeded.
