Responsibilities
- Learn from experienced managers hands-on to prepare for a leadership role.
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and ensure positive customer experiences.
- Oversee inventory, cleanliness, maintenance, and minor repairs.
- Help expand the business and build strong customer loyalty.
- Open and close the wash, operate equipment, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain the tunnel, vacuum areas, and equipment.
- Use the Point of Sale system to process transactions.
- Act as a team player and assist wherever needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
