About The Position
Witte Brothers Exchange is developing the next generation of logistics leaders and is seeking motivated, curious college graduates to join our two-year Logistics & Supply Chain Management Training Program. This paid, full-time rotational program provides real responsibility, hands-on experience, and mentorship from industry leaders. Participants rotate through key areas of the organization to build a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and graduate the program prepared for a long-term leadership role at Witte Brothers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Graduation within the last 12 months or upcoming graduation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and leadership potential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Interest in logistics, transportation, or operations
Nice To Haves
- Internship or co-op experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain
- Exposure to supply chain or transportation software
Responsibilities
- Rotate through multiple departments to gain a comprehensive view of logistics and transportation operations, including Driver Support and Transportation Management, Safety and DOT Compliance, Warehouse Operations and Management Systems, Truck Service Center Operations and Equipment Management, Witte Truck Driving School, one-on-one experience with a Witte Driver Trainer, and exposure to Sales, Accounting, Recruiting, and Leadership.
- Engage in hands-on work, real projects, and coaching within each rotation.
- Gain experience in end-to-end supply chain operations and strategy.
- Develop leadership and people management skills.
- Learn project management and process improvement techniques.
- Acquire skills in data analytics and logistics technology.
- Build expertise in customer and driver relationship management.
