About The Position
Gerber Collision & Glass Managers in Training learn the company’s processes and the responsibilities of each position in the WOW Process. They work to provide excellent customer service and strive for high performance. The role includes completing position-specific certifications and performing the associated work, followed by completing the General Manager onboarding program and demonstrating knowledge of the WOW Operating Way. The position requires a high school diploma or GED. College or military experience, automotive technical education, and coursework specializing in repair procedures are preferred. Compensation is $65,000 and up, based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Complete the CSR Role Based Certification and perform CSR duties for several weeks to learn the role.
- Complete the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform Parts Coordinator duties for several weeks to learn the role.
- Complete the Estimator Role Based Certification and perform Estimator duties for several months to learn the role.
- Successfully complete the role-based competencies for each position in the shop.
- Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.
- Provide excellent customer service and strive to be the best.
