Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with energy and positivity.
- Promote the Wash Club with confidence, earning commission and boosting customer satisfaction.
- Assist in opening/closing procedures and support team operations.
- Ensure quality control, guide vehicles safely through the wash, and maintain a top-tier site experience.
- Work daily with upper management to learn operations, customer engagement strategies, and sales performance metrics.
- Be ready to roll up your sleeves, whether it’s cleaning vacuums or solving customer issues.
