Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with energy and positivity.
- Promote the Wash Club with confidence, earning commission and boosting customer satisfaction.
- Assist in opening/closing procedures and support team operations.
- Ensure quality control, guide vehicles safely through the wash, and maintain a top-tier site experience.
- Learn operations, customer engagement strategies, and sales performance metrics by working daily with upper management.
- Be ready to clean vacuums or solve customer issues.
