About The Position

Waves Express Car Wash, voted Best of South Carolina and Best of the Upstate, is seeking a motivated Manager-in-Training to join their growing team. This role is for an energetic, people-focused leader who wants to grow into management. The Manager-in-Training will train directly under experienced managers to learn every part of the operation, lead by example by greeting customers with enthusiasm and ensuring each visit exceeds expectations, and oversee daily operations including inventory, site cleanliness, and minor maintenance. They will also manage open/close procedures, ensure safety and efficiency on-site, promote memberships, drive customer loyalty through excellent service and communication, and work hands-on with the team to keep the wash running smoothly.

Requirements

• Strong leadership potential —ready to take initiative and learn fast
• Friendly, customer-first attitude with great communication skills
• Reliable and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work weekends (rotating schedule)

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory or team leader experience in retail, restaurant, or service industry is a plus
