This is not a typical retail position. It’s a leadership development role designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career while helping lead a team and serve customers at a high level. What You’ll Do As a Manager in Training, you will partner with store leadership to learn all aspects of the business while actively leading and supporting the team. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience working with jewelry, luxury goods, or high-value retail items
  • A strong track record of job stability and professional growth
  • The ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
  • Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Strong customer relationship and communication skills
  • Comfort using social media to promote products and engage with the community

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Leading by example on the sales floor and setting the tone for customer experience
  • Buying, selling, and loaning on jewelry, gold, luxury goods, and high-value items
  • Coaching team members and helping develop their product knowledge and sales skills
  • Assisting with daily store operations, inventory control, and merchandising
  • Helping drive store performance through sales, customer relationships, and team accountability
  • Supporting community engagement and store visibility through social media
