What You’ll Do As a Manager in Training, you will partner with store leadership to learn all aspects of the business while actively leading and supporting the team. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
Experience working with jewelry, luxury goods, or high-value retail items
A strong track record of job stability and professional growth
The ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving
Strong customer relationship and communication skills
Comfort using social media to promote products and engage with the community

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Leading by example on the sales floor and setting the tone for customer experience
Buying, selling, and loaning on jewelry, gold, luxury goods, and high-value items
Coaching team members and helping develop their product knowledge and sales skills
Assisting with daily store operations, inventory control, and merchandising
Helping drive store performance through sales, customer relationships, and team accountability
Supporting community engagement and store visibility through social media
