We are seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) with proven leadership experience and a background in jewelry or luxury sales who is ready to grow into a store leadership role. This is not a typical retail position. It’s a leadership development role designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career while helping lead a team and serve customers at a high level. What You’ll Do As a Manager in Training, you will partner with store leadership to learn all aspects of the business while actively leading and supporting the team.
