About The Position

This position involves owning the design, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and delivery of large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications, systems, platforms, services, or technologies. The role requires providing technical leadership and project management throughout the software development lifecycle for distributed software systems. A key aspect of this role is building, managing, and developing a team of engineers, offering mentoring, and managing resource allocation. The position also entails leading design reviews for engineers and providing feedback on architecture and design issues. Additionally, the role involves participating in strategic planning to achieve technical and business objectives and defining technical direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • One year of experience in the job offered, or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or a related occupation.
  • One year of experience in providing technical leadership and project management for all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
  • One year of experience in developing large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software systems using Java, C#, or C++.
  • One year of experience in service-oriented architecture.
  • One year of experience in distributed programming.

Responsibilities
