About The Position

This role involves leading a team of Business Analysts to develop and maintain reporting for tier 1 hiring operations. The position requires providing vision, direction, and day-to-day management for the team, promoting best practices and standards for SQL, Python, and AWS services solutions. The role will also involve deep dive analysis to support process improvement for central operations, quality, tech implementation, and data science, and establishing repeatable processes and structures to scale the business. Additionally, the position will provide data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities, and lead initiatives to analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources.

Requirements

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology and Management, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology and Management, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
One year of experience in analyzing data utilizing Excel, SQL, and Python.
Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, QuickSight, or PowerBI.
Salaried workforce project or program management experience in a global supply chain, production, procurement, distribution, or logistics environment.
Experience using lean process improvement, six sigma methodologies, and using data and metrics to measure impact, determine process improvements, and translate results into actionable insights.
