About The Position

The Toro Company is seeking a Supply Chain Enablement Manager to lead their supply chain transformation portfolio. This role will drive enterprise-wide digital enablement initiatives aimed at improving operational performance, supplier collaboration, and business scalability. The position offers strategic leadership for the planning, governance, execution, and sustainment of complex, cross-functional transformation programs covering procurement, sourcing, logistics, trade compliance, and supplier collaboration. It acts as the business leader for these initiatives, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value and align with enterprise strategy. The role also focuses on developing organizational capabilities, establishing project governance standards, mentoring project resources, and partnering with executive leadership, IT, Finance, Operations, and external technology partners for the implementation of enterprise solutions like SAP Business Network, SAP Ariba, and Oracle Global Trade Compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, or business transformation.
  • 5+ years leading enterprise-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
  • A minimum of three years of demonstrated people leadership experience, including direct responsibility for hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development, is required for this role.
  • Experience implementing SAP Business Network, SAP Ariba, or comparable enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and project governance.
  • Demonstrated leadership, executive communication, and organizational change management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Prosci certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Supply Chain Transformation roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead a portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives across sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and supplier collaboration.
  • Establish governance, prioritization, and performance metrics to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Direct complex cross-functional transformation programs from planning through implementation and sustainment.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, risks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Provide executive-level communication, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Lead, coach, and develop project managers and transformation professionals.
  • Build organizational capabilities in project management, change management, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Champion organizational change to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Ensure effective communication, training, and operational readiness across internal teams and external partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement and maximize business value from technology investments.
