Kroll is seeking an experienced leader to manage a Crisis Management and Intelligence Centre (CMIC) embedded within a world-leading financial services client. The CMIC plays a critical role in protecting the client's people, offices, portfolio companies, and investments worldwide by identifying, monitoring, and responding to a broad range of threats. These include geopolitical developments, civil unrest, terrorism, severe weather, natural disasters, direct threats to personnel, operational disruptions, and other emerging risks. This is a high-profile leadership role overseeing the client's global CMIC, with analyst teams based in Boston, Singapore, and Dublin operating in a follow-the-sun model. The successful candidate will provide formal line management to the regional managers leading these teams, while fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and consistent global operation. The role carries significant responsibility for senior stakeholder engagement, working in close partnership with the client to shape the strategic direction and continued maturity of the CMIC. As the capability evolves, the Global Manager will drive continuous improvement, ensuring the function remains aligned with the client's changing priorities and is equipped to address emerging risks, evolving threats, and new business requirements. We are seeking an exceptional leader with proven experience managing a comparable crisis management, intelligence, or security operations function.
