About The Position

The Manager II Sales Support is responsible for managing the activities within a sales support unit. This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Health insurance experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage a remote staff strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Experience giving presentations to C-suite strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develops processes for consistency.
  • Manages sales support activities which may include one or more of the following functions: broker call center, sales support staff, field service, sales training and technology, broker administration, proposals, product development, or material distribution.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
