About The Position

The Manager II, Operations is responsible for identifying, designing, developing, implementing, and executing new and existing processes, policies, goals, and solutions to reduce potential risks. This role involves creating schedules, identifying and communicating risks to stakeholders, defining risk mitigation strategies, and facilitating appropriate engineering solutions. The position also focuses on developing system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance operational productivity, accuracy, and effectiveness for customers. Additionally, the role requires evaluating the effectiveness of current or future systems, collaborating with other departments for integration, and maintaining metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key controls. The Manager II will also manage cross-functional teams and/or third-party vendors for the implementation of project/program requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • One year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • One year of experience in direct management and managing processes, projects, or programs.
  • One year of experience in identifying and executing process improvement initiatives and providing customer support in a professional, non-retail environment.
  • One year of experience using Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, Excel, or related business management tools.
  • One year of experience in human capital management, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, coaching, promotions, and terminations, as well as providing technical, non-technical, and administrative support.
