About The Position
Leads a team (of change managers, project managers, and agile roles) responsible for managing the execution of enterprise programs and business projects by overseeing planning, coordination, and delivery of workstreams and tasks. Translates strategic objectives and project goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with governance standards, delivery frameworks, and timelines. Partners with business units, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to monitor progress, resolve issues, manage risks, and support change initiatives and operational improvements. Develops and mentors team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong people leader with transformation mindset.
- Relevant work experience in team’s core functions (program and project management, change management, and SAFe agile delivery).
- Experience leading teams in these areas.
- Experience leading strategic change management efforts.
- Experience delivering project management and change management.
- Experience maturing change management practices.
