About The Position

We’re looking for a Manager, HRIS & People Technology to join our HRIS & People Technology team and lead our HR technology strategy, systems roadmap, and HRIS team, serving as the functional owner of our HR technology ecosystem. This role will oversee UKG Pro, workforce management, integrations, HR data infrastructure, and People technology initiatives that enable a scalable, data-driven People function. You’ll partner closely with People Operations, Compensation, Recruiting, IT, Finance, and Data teams to keep our HR technology ecosystem reliable, secure, and built to scale.

Requirements

7+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience
Significant UKG Pro experience, ideally including WFM
Experience leading HR technology implementations and integrations
Strong understanding of HR data architecture and system design
Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on problem solving

Responsibilities

Own the HR technology roadmap, including UKG Pro, WFM, Benefits Administration, and related systems
Lead HRIS administration, configuration, security, and governance
Oversee HR system integrations and data flows across the People technology ecosystem
Partner with IT and Data teams to improve reliability, scalability, and reporting infrastructure
Lead HR technology work associated with major initiatives, acquisitions, and system implementations
Establish strong operational processes, documentation, and governance
Develop and lead a small team of HRIS professionals and external partners
