The Manager, HRIS & Talent Systems is responsible for the administration, optimization, governance, and strategic management of the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and talent management technologies. This role serves as the primary owner of HR systems, including ADP, Lever, and future HR technology platforms, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, regulatory compliance, reporting accuracy, and an exceptional employee and manager experience. The Manager, HRIS & Talent Systems partners closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Information Technology, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to support organizational objectives through effective system design, process automation, reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position plays a critical role in supporting workforce planning, compliance, talent acquisition, compensation administration, organizational growth, and IPO readiness initiatives.
