About The Position

Village Farms International is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Manager, Technology to lead the implementations and optimization of our people systems and processes. This role utilizes operational excellence to ensure our HR function scales effectively as the company grows. You will be responsible for building a seamless employee experience, driving HR technology adoption, and overseeing core HR operations. This is an IN-OFFICE position, located in Lake Mary, FL.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in related field
5+ years in HR operations, HRIS management, or people analytics, ideally in a growth‑stage company
Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP, Greenhouse preferred), payroll systems, and integrations.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
Ability to research and troubleshoot system issues to respond to HR counterparts or employees with questions.
High standards for follow-ups to HR and business leaders.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR leadership to help evaluate and contribute to the HR tech roadmap, selecting and implementing systems (HRIS, ATS, performance tools, payroll, benefits platforms) that align with business needs.
Streamline HR workflows (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, compliance, performance reviews) to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Develop people analytics dashboards to provide insights on workforce trends, retention, engagement, and productivity.
Ensure HR operations meet legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across jurisdictions.
Partner with leadership to design processes that enhance engagement, career development, and overall employee satisfaction.
Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring ROI.
Work closely with Finance, IT, and business leaders to align HR operations with company goals.
