Utilizing data, metrics, and post-implementation insights is crucial for continuous improvement of HR technology performance, user experience, and ROI, while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture, data, and privacy standards. The Program Manager also serves as a liaison among project teams within the program, translating corporate objectives into program objectives and practices, and is responsible for planning and monitoring program development to achieve quality standards and goals.
