About The Position

Consolidated Chassis Management, LLC is seeking an experienced and versatile Manager, HR Shared Services to support the full spectrum of Human Resources operations. Reporting to the Director, HR Shared Services, this role manages day‑to-day HR activities and ensures consistent, accurate, and compliant service delivery. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management coordination, benefits administration, employee relations, and adherence to local and federal laws. The ideal candidate brings solid end‑to-end HR operations experience and a strong commitment to delivering efficient, employee‑focused HR services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on HR operations, systems, and compliance, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of local and federal employment law and HR compliance practices.
  • Experience with HRIS System; BambooHR, Lattice, and UKG, preferred.
  • Proficiency with AI‑enabled HR tools and automation platforms.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience building HR dashboards and interpreting HR metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑support skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, service orientation, and problem‑solving ability.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional HR certifications (SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, PHR or equivalent) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR service delivery, including self‑service tools, ticket handling, and knowledge resources.
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, HRIS updates, and routine compliance tasks.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent execution of HR operational processes.
  • Maintain documentation, controls, and records to support audits and compliance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency.
  • Support HRIS enhancements, testing, and updates in partnership with the Director and HR systems teams.
  • Monitor service levels, resolve escalations, and maintain a positive employee support experience.
  • Assist with change initiatives by preparing communications, updating processes, and ensuring operational readiness.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports related to headcount, turnover, onboarding, and other KPIs.
  • Translate HR data into insights that support operational improvements.
  • Conduct root‑cause analysis to address process gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and vendors to support HR operations and maintain compliance.
  • Support risk assessments and readiness reviews for system or policy changes.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as system updates, process improvements, and shared‑services enhancements.
  • Apply basic Lean, Agile, or process‑improvement methods to strengthen HR workflows.
  • Maintain KPIs, SLAs, and feedback loops to support continuous improvement efforts.
