The Channels HR Business Partner team is looking for a Manager, HRBP to work with internal clients to deliver on people initiatives and talent strategy. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong relationship building, influencing, communication, and problem solving skills; who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative, and values-oriented team. We are looking for someone who has proven ability to: Provide strategic HR business partnership to one or more business groups Oversee and deliver HR solutions to the business, including: people strategy, performance and talent management, culture and belonging, engagement and retention, organizational efficiency, workforce planning, and succession management Partner with the HR leadership team on planning and delivering HR solutions to the business Operate as a trusted advisor to our HR Centres of Excellence serving as the expert on people and organizational issues Navigate a fast-paced environment with significant change; leveraging effective HR processes to enable the organization to innovate and grow
