Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience serving as an HR Business Partner.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or coaching HR professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence business decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, organizational behavior, and Human Resources best practices.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience supporting multiple locations or complex organizational structures.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and workforce data to drive business decisions.
  • An active “Q” clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives while providing expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and change management.
  • Coach leaders through complex employee relations matters.
  • Leverage workforce data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development.
  • Collaborate across the HR team to deliver programs that help employees and the business thrive.
  • Ensure all work aligns with Centrus’ safety, quality, and compliance standards.
