The Manager, Recruiting Hourly Field will play a key role in enhancing and managing our Centralized Hourly Recruiting function. This leader will oversee a team of 10–12 recruiters responsible for high-volume hiring across distribution centers in multiple locations. Partnering closely with Supply Chain and Regional HR Leaders, the manager will design and execute recruitment strategies that meet both current and future workforce needs. This role will inspire and coach best-in-class sourcing practices, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and implement dynamic recruiting strategies across geographies. As a change agent, the manager will drive continuous improvements, optimize recruitment workflows, and ensure accountability through data-driven performance management in partnership with the Talent Acquisition leadership team.
